Ahmet Zeki Yolbulan, born in Kayseri in 1946, started his business life in Karabuk.
Serving as the Board Chairman of the companies named Yolbulan Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S, Yolbulan Demir Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S and Yolbulanlar Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.S., Ahmet Zeki Yolbulan is also serving as the Board Chairman of CANYOL Yatirim Insaat A.S., the contracting company of Myra Park Houses Fethiye project.
Stating that they aim to create a life intertwined with nature in the Myra Park Houses project, Ahmet Zeki Yolbulan expresses following about the project:

Born in Mardin in 1953, Can Uslucan has made investments and business in the jewelry, automotive and construction sectors until today.
Starting his investments in the construction sector in 1989, Uslucan has built a great number of constructions in Bagdat Avenue under the name of Nora Yapi as of 2000s.
Going on his investments with the company named Mona Art A.S., Uslucan maintains his works with Palladium AVM project in Kozyatagi as a partner to Kozken company and Myra Park Houses Fethiye project under the name of CANYOL A.S.
